Time Moves Differently in Space

They say time is relative.
That if you travel near the speed of light, time slows down for you.

Imagine being on a spaceship, flying across galaxies.
Years pass on Earth. People change. Trees grow. Cities fall.
But for you, it’s only been days.

That’s what fascinates me about space.
It doesn’t care about our deadlines, our calendars, or our alarm clocks.
In space, time bends. It stretches. It waits.

Here on Earth, everything rushes.
Schedules. Classes. Expectations.
Even on holiday, I feel like I’m racing something I can’t see.

But the universe?
It doesn’t race.
It flows.

And sometimes I wonder….
maybe if I floated far enough away from this world,
I could finally rest.
Not sleep. Not escape.
Just… be.
